I have a job going in raitaru, but thins morning I saw one stuck and progress not going anywhere - statis field time does not tick

What happened? How to continue?

If you see an X in the status column instead of an arrow it means the service module is offline. Either the Raitaru ran out of fuel or it is reinforced. You can wait for the owner to refuel it or cancel the job - which will mean the loss of any material but you will get your BPO back if you used one.

Yup, will have to wait for the owner to get it running again. I'd give the owner a small nudge just in case he didn't see the fuel shortage notifications if that was me.
