Hi

Not sure if anybody can help or this is the right place but I am frustrated at time it takes to resolve my ticket.

I have had a Eve account playing on and off since 2006 and wanted to reactive it again as I have been doing it successfully in the past.

So I have logged a ticket on 17/06/2017 12:58 I was told to to log an new ticket under a different email and Alpha account on 20/06/2017 18:58 which I did with additional information that was requested. Ticket was logged on 20/06/2017 20:53 .

Doing a follow up on email a new ticket was logged 22/06/2017 17:13 incorrectly and was then merged with ticket on 24/06/2017 13:23.

After this I received no response despite numerous requests on feedback.

It has now been 14 days since first ticket was raised. I really want to pay and play but can't.

I have turned to this forum as there is not other platform to raise my issue and I have become desperate.

Please can anyone help me or at least give proper feedback on how long it will take?

Regards,
JH

First off no one is able to help with account issues here. We are only other players. Second feel free to vent but do not disclose the contents of tickets as it is a violation of the rules. Now i understand your frustration unfanything acoount related is sensitive and can take time especially if it involved someone havking an account or bans all I can suggest is to keep pestering for updates or patience.

Always willing to help all you have to do is ask, though if you're in the other fleet I may not help the way you want. Just a heads up. Pub Channel: Lost Souls Trading Post

Yea, you aren't going to get an answer on here since this is a public forum and we can't do anything since we aren't devs or anything. And as Forest said, make sure to not talk about the contents as that is a violation of terms.

I've had tickets that had been opened for nearly a month before getting a response; I think it all depends on the situation and how much they have to look into it. Just have a little bit more patience.

Sounds frustrating but best of luck on getting an answer! :)

you probably jeopardize your ability to get your account back by going public

you also dodged your ban and also probably threw your chance out the window

by making another account and making a character to post on the Forum

Accounts don't have to be reactivated anymore. They just fall back to Alpha and normaly you can just lock in and either play with alpha limitations, PLEX it or sub it again.

A CCP official told you that? I am a bit surprised because why would you need to use a different email? You can make as many Omega or Alpha Accounts with your email address as you like. Do you still have access to the email you created your original account with? Because whenever CCP does any little thing concerning my account they send me a mail. Maybe all is just a big misunderstanding, but somehow every time someone writes a post like yours I have the feeling that only half the story is told.

Anyhow, your problem seems to be one of the tricky kind and making more tickets or requesting feedback won’t help your case. Sometimes it takes a bit longer until the customer support decides what to do with an account and that is not a BAD thing IMHO. You may be at the short end of this at the moment, but careful account management makes high jacking and miss-use harder.
