It will be fixed never ever ever.

Know why? CCP is only paying lip service to this. They don't consider it as broken. As far as they're concerned, it's working as intended.

if it was working as intended why would they lock it? :S
they just wanted to scrap the pay by plex method?

Or you could have the necessary plex in your vault and send a support ticket asking a GM to remove the plex and transfer the pilot.

how many plex is it now to transfer though? it used to be 2
edit- it seems the new plex system didn't introduce a price for transferring characters and it was introduced at the same time of the lock, so how is this possible..

Best guess is 1000 PLEX, the equivalent of two under the old system. Remember, 1 = 500 now.

It costs you 1000 + 100 free! (You need to have a mandatory 1000 plex in your vault, CCP will add and subtract the free units but you won't notice)
