Minig foreman or director with just two mackinaws?

Hi I am back to the game, I was wondering if the mining foreman and director skill give some boost when just piloting a mackinaw. A good friend of mine has joined the game it would be great if we could team up and boost our mining .

There are no longer passive boosts to fleet or off grid boosts. You need active fleet burst modules to do anything with boosting fleet.

It's not safe out here. It's wondrous, with treasures to satiate desires both subtle and gross. But it's not for the timid.

You will need a. Orca or a porpoise for fleet boosts.

I miss the passive boosts. I used to mine with 2 skiffs, 1 pilot has a foreman mindlink which used to provide 15% boosts. I approve of the industrial command ship changes but it would have been nice if they could have kept the passive leadership boosts.

I agree. Small passive boosts that does not stack with the larger active ones. With both requiring the booster to be on grid.
