Hey, CCP, my API key apparently is not accessible. Why?

First; This isn't where you go to contact CCP. Use a support ticket for that.

Second; Check your API management page and make sure the key you are trying to use has not expired. If it has or if you think there is some other issue, simply delete it and make a new one. Best of luck.

What's a support ticket? I set my expiration date is set to unexpirable.

It just says that it needs to access a bunch of stuff, that I think I allowed it to.

This is a Support Ticket. You can ask questions here in this forum, but we are just players, and the devs don't answer in this forum. Some GMs may answer, but if you want your issue resolved you should open a support ticket. So click on that Support Ticket link above and log in with your character, then give them the details of what's wrong, attach your image to the ticket, and they will contact you with a fix.

To show us your image, you have to put it on the internet; we cannot see it from your hard disk / computer. So, go to eve-files.com and upload your image there, then copy the link that points to your image from that site, and post that link here. For example, http://dl.eve-files.com/media/corp/adaahhgee/2010.12.21.11.00.15.jpg .

Also, you can make sure that your API key has all the access checkboxes marked, by going to the API Management website. Log in with your character, and you can reconfigure all the API keys, including the one that's not working.
