Entosis Capture event to 24h

Hi

my alliance did some entosis stuff in the past. this week we did some. i cannot really participate because EUTZ vs AU/USTZ. Well, i was too curious about our "friends" to not alarmclock. poor health.

i know many dont like the tediousness of entosis. thats not addressed here. it might be fixed by a sideaffect of the following however. cannot predict.
think about following idea for a change. sounds like more work, but it actually may fix many issues. and add other drawbacks ofc.

Here we go:

Capture Event duration becomes 24h.
start not changed.
end is 24h after start.
5 nodes simultaneous as is.
win condition: after time period: whoever has the most points wins. sum of captured nodes = points.

football match (maybe most successful game) ends with 10:20. Second team wins after a fixed time. easy.
87:1 or 50:49 possible.

reasons:
People like interaction between timezones. therefor 24h. can interact with guys on the other side of globus without being logged at the same time.
what happens if enemy not show up? one node is sufficient ==> no boredom. scorchedearthtactics not viable anymore. (see WWB)
less exact dates for activities to add to calender. just easy to remember days.
people might play in different timezones. strengths may vary over time. (see FW System Attacks of duration longer than a day.)
reward for good ADM because potential to capture more nodes in your strongest timewindow.
reason to fight even when outnumbered in enemy's strongest TZ to reduce their score and help own friends that come on later.
investment might start to escalate reaching end because Defender will see how many nodes still missing to win.
also investment in effort to hold/attack system is balanced against each other's side. no reason to spend time inefficiently on a 100:0 score, if 15:0 is sufficient with less boredom and a smaller buffer. --> riskreward for the lazy people.
NO MORE TIMEZONETANKING!!! (sorry, not sorry, Australia)

drawbacks:
please tell me.
maybe that it will not be a fixed time anymore where maxdudes-formup and FC can be online to herd the monkeys. idk. in my eyes thats no drawback.

I really dont "know" if this is good for the game. Please think about it and let devs know. Ill post this on reddit as well.
In the end, devs have to calculate and judge. give it to CSM and stuff. you do your thing. Have fun with it.

optional: different pointvalue for nodes depending on distance from attacked system (5home,3for1jump,2for2jump,1rest..... or whatever). This favors the occupation a little more. Also favors a concentration on the system while still maintain opportunity for skirmish. not sure if i like.

A full day of entosising for one structure? I cannot imagine a more fun and fulfilling activity than sitting in space with my magic space wand for a full day.

Well, you would not. Of course not.
Let me explain this a bit more:
You only need one more point than the enemy. Therefor you run one node if its a noshow.
If there is enemy activity, then its not just sittinginspacewithwand.

Never going to happen. This would be absolutely cancerous for most groups and would heavily advantage large alliances with good timezone coverage.

"Timezone Tanking" is an issue but this is not the way to fix it. This is worse than what we have now in basically every way that people are complaining about.

Your arguments are noted.
TZ coverage is one of the best and unique traits this game has.
It needs more incentive.
So i strongly disagree with

being bad. Also "large" alliance is strong in any case. So please dont confuse this.
"large" alliance may differ in strength thorughout the day, therefor giving more opportunity to deal with it.
