I naively thought we were going to have a Ship Fitting Simulator or a Market Tracking tool. Too much to ask, I know.

Probably the worst of the most pathetic pilots in New Eden.

I can't download the app because it's not compatible with my android operating system. Please look into making it available for all operating systems because I would really like to have the app.

Any chance the app will get a settings area that lets us set custom notification sounds from sound files on our devices? I really hate when apps only use the default notification sound, makes it hard to tell which app is trying to get your attention when they all sound the same.

Here is one subjection:

Add an alarm system to the app that allow the person to set an alar in eve time.

Like the corp have to save a cytadel at 0400 ET and my my local time is UTC -5, the app set an alarm in app to the request time not having in mind local time, and it goes off independent that the device time.

First off: It looks nice. It pretty much mirrors what EVE GATE already had and was.
I have 2 Android 5 devices, no problems with installation and setup here.

But: Just like EVE GATE, I'd like to see some functionality to actually do stuff with it.
Nobody is expecting a full-up mobile client that lets us fly in space etc.
But the only thing I can actually do is send mails and buy PLEX?

Come on guys, you can do better.
I believe that any activity that can be done inside a station should be feasible.

A few feature suggestions:

  • actually manage the skill queue (instead of just seeing what I want to improve and gritting my teeth that I can't change it)
  • display and manage market orders (that would make the app actually useful, especially for us carebearing traders!)
  • display and manage industry jobs
  • display and manage fittings
  • display and manage inventory

Firstly, I am not sure if this is the right place for bug/suggestion reports but since others have posted them here and I don't know of any other places I post them here...

Firstly, what the heck is 3188938 just under my character pic and above ISK supposed to be??? You may even think that it's to do with skills as it has a document (or sth like that) icon next to it but clearly it's sth mysterious as it's nowhere near to my skill points :/

Secondly, this is not a bug but a missing feature: a couple of capsuleers have already mentioned it but we are missing mailing lists, for example I have 48 unread EVEmails in one of my lists but there is no way to read them outside EVE as EVE Portal doesn't provide the functionality :(

Thirdly, this one is not a bug either but an improvement suggestion: swiping down to the unread mails is not convenient at all and takes significant amount of time when you have unread mail from let's say 2010 (YC112) like I do. I returned to the game a bit more than a month ago after many years of hiatus and had over 380 unread mails (together with mailing lists), by now I have managed to cut it down to 200. But there really should be a more convenient way to get down to the old mails than swiping like crazy! Maybe ability to collapse some years/months? Or just choose the time period you want to see?

Also, I agree with most of the suggestions made by other capsuleers here. And seriously, there really should be a known PLACE FOR BUG REPORTS!

Firstly, I reported a bug 15 days ago and nothing has been done about it! Sorry about quoting myself but at least you will notice it this way.

Secondly, there is now another bug, namely corporation not updating. I was kicked out of one way over 24 hours ago (~34 already) and my corp in the app still hasn't been updated!!

Both this and the other bug below are annoying, so if you won't fix it or at least reply and say you are working on them or sth I will uninstall EVE Portal in the near future (in about a week). There are some independent apps out there and I could give them a try instead...

I've been getting constant 'Connection Error' when trying to open mails, anyone else experiencing this?

The mail feature is the main reason why I use this app, however I feel it is lacking in functionality.

I have the same problem with mails.
Runrig Android oxygen om oneplus 5.
Washington told by support that the app is outdated by new Android?
