Future ship ideas in EVE Technology and Research Center

I only need one ship: Fire ship (which has a long tradition when it comes to suicide on smaller ship on a real big ship!!!)

T3 bc sized ship (aka you gonna loose skillpoints :_))

- rolebonus: can use t2 cloack (aka warping cloacked)
- dmg: same like DD if you hit a capital ship by driving into it with at least 75% of speed!

Meds
-5x

low
-5x

Never going to happen, and here's why:

First off, something like this would be massively frustrating and not-fun to fight against. That's strike one, this thing is basically just made of frustration.

Beyond that if this thing is cost effective it's OP, pretty much by definition. You're talking about a ship that lets you one-shot a lot of capitals in a suicide attack.

If it's not cost effective compared to basically anything else you could be using that pilot for then no one will use it, except to take advantage of the aforementioned frustration factor.

Thus CCP will never implement this, or any other, suicide ship concept. They're just not feasible, viable, or fun.

Why bother with any slots in mediums or lows. For that matter why bother having a t2 cloaking ability when you only have one high slot?

You never mentioned it had DD limitation.

The only somewhat vague requirement you listed is hitting the target with 75% speed.

Care to actually explain any of this instead of just offhandedly dismissing everyone pointing out flaws in your idea?

Somehow I don't think CCP are going to be convinced by "right, I didn't say that, but you're still wrong" as an argument for why something so obviously abuseable is a good idea...

This has to be a troll thread. There's no way a gate camper is asking for a "kamikaze" ship. Assuming you're serious, you want to be like CODE for low sec? Is the game really that difficult for you? If you want to be taken seriously on the forums, you're gonna have to come up with real solutions to real problems.

aha .... i´m a gate camper :-)
Seems i don´t have problems in game, and if you follow the next points it would even be a good tool against many things or for many things!



I´m thinking it is a real nice idea:
1. you have something that can be very fun to fly...( and of course you have to fly it , so you have to be a little better than F1)
2. it could be a chance to hurt the super blobbs
3. it could be a chance for smaller groups to hurt larger groups
4. it could bring some extra content

I want a new ship too. It's called the "get ******". It's purpose is to delete alliance or corps and all their assets if they keep crying that the blob is overpowered when they have exactly the same tool available to them to counter it.

1. You have something that can be very fun to use because everybody would love the tears associated to idiots crying because their fail alliance/corp kept on crying uselessly instead of working in the game to get in a better situation.
2. It would hurt the shitlers who usually fly content denying doctrine because committing to a fight is risky.
3. It would give a chance to smaller group who aren't cry babies to destroy the crying ones who are just in their way to becoming greater.
4. It would bring content.
