Target Spectrum Breaker: Worth it in PvE?

So I was looking through random modules for the hell of it, when I stumbled upon the Target Spectrum Breaker. After finding out what it did, I looked up whether it could be used in PvE. E-UNI ran a test where they discovered that 33% of the targets lost lock.

I was wondering: is it worth enough to potentially replace a tank module with it to take some damage off?

I don't know, I was just screwing around with ideas. Big smile

starting from: you want maxing your damage and use the lowest tank possible in pve...
gotta take those 260mil/tick....

then if you have a spare mid (after propulsions mod, damage applications mods, etc)
then yea you can go for it. eventually freeing a low slot for more damage.

test it on sisi.
also the more rats you kill the more it become less effective...

it would be interesting to test it on polarized fits, where you already have 0 tank etc

I was looking at this too, but opted to using other mods for either damage or tank... Found that eve uni article interesting

It seems like it is a chance module -- why risk on chance when u can use something reliable like a prop mod or resistance hardener..
