Forming an Alliance

Hello all, thought this may be the right place to post this. So my corp has been wanting to form an alliance with another corp for awhile now and we're both quite a ways off from having the empire management skill. Are there people in this game that will form a one man corp, form the alliance, then give the alliance executorship over to you? If so how do I find them? Thank you in advance!

There are, and you would look in the Sell Orders subforum. Might I ask what you want from this alliance that's beyond setting each other blue?

I'm going to build a big wall that will keep the Gallente out, and they're going to pay for it!

We're a wormhole corp and are starting to induct a mining corp to come live in our hole with us to support our PvP habit. We planned on forming alliance later anyways as we're going to split into two corp to manage two holes at the same time.
