I have some expirience with CCP, so I put 4 days skill in there. Not that I think CCP can screw it that bad, but you never know :)

Why??? I have been doing exploration pretty much and 5% they get is enough. How about giving some weight on character skills too yeah?

In order to simplify the naming system in EVE, the following changes have been made to Weapons & Ammunition: ◦ All EM missiles will now have the name ‘Mjolnir’.
◦All Thermal missiles will now have the name ‘Inferno’.
◦All Kinetic missiles will now have the name ‘Trauma’.
◦All Explosive missiles will now have the name ‘Nova’.

This is bad change. I know what scourge means. It's heavy kinetic missile. Now someone says he's using trauma I will be like WTF.

This stupid name change should be reverted immediately.

I am also a bit fond of old MWD names. Not to mention new ones do not follow any logic either so old ones would be actually BETTER.

Skirmish Warfare Link – Interdiction Maneuvers II effectiveness has been increased from 3.5 to 3.75%
• Information Warfare Link – Sensor Integrity II effectiveness has been increased from 3.5 to 3.75%
• Information Warfare Link – Electronic Superiority II effectiveness for Remote Sensor Dampeners and Tracking Disruptors has been increased from 1.25 to 1.5%
• Mining Foreman Link – Mining Laser Field Enhancement II effectiveness has been increased from 5 to 5.625%

AGAIN WHY?? I was already training for links because they're overpowered can I be even more imbalanced now???

Iskur Bonus; can I trade 10% drone hp for 5% drone damage? And only Gallente get no hp bonuses...? You guys make not flying Gallente easier and easier. I do appreciate the hybrid bonuses though. That was certainly a step in the right direction <3

lol the times of day patching times are long gone. and that's good for us lol (and the buthurt whiners that reclaim SP at each patch cause they couldn't put a long skill at end of their queue)

Any chance the 'manual patch drop down' will start being updated with the correct patch version earlier. It's only ever come up with the correct version after the server is up. Or am I am I following the wrong links to get this sooner?

Dear CCP developers, you clearly have too much time and too little to do judgeing by this neocom improvment that was not even needed.

Next time your looking for something to use your payed development time may i propose little things like:

  • POS mechanics desperatly needeing upgrade
  • More upgrades to SOV systems Ihub
  • Science&industry interface needeing update as well, takes 10-11 click to launch invention jobs ( Remember how PI was at introduction? Click fest, so please fix science&industry as well please ).
  • Large fleet fights, did you ever figure out why it performed so well and then you broke it and exactly how you broke it? Now we have this bublegum fix called timedilution....
  • Corporate roles and access overhaul to allow finer access controlls...
  • How about allow pos structures to be build on pos assembly array? Little funny that we can assemble Titans (Large enough to cause tidal effects on planets oceans...) in pos but not large pos tower that only takes 8000 m3 of space once completed...
  • Generals science & industry rewamp? How about construction ship? Large as orca, slow as freighter and cant move when building, slow assembly lines as well..

And thats just few out of my head in coffe brake at work... Paying customer with 6 accounts... Should really master secrets of ISK and start play for free....

How is this the time for request? The time for complaining was long ago. I get it, you are bored and want to post. Or to poast. I can help you. Or maybe not, but I have a question. Why "...."? Does it help?

I suppose people like me need the little dots so that my brain can catch up to the words, or is it some form of elaborate S.O.S.

As far as features go I'm quite keen on being able to log in. Now. *gimlet eyes on CCP* I hope there is someone "shift-clicking" the update people over there in Ice-land/ london or wherever.

Im glad you waiting those little things. As longtime eve player i would like to see them use those little developer resources something that actyally need fixing and has needed for years allready. So far i cant understand what was so broken in old neocom it needed this patch exactly???

And even CCP devs has sayd that pos mechanics needs serious overhaul... So i tough i mention it here.. Im not exactly makeing demands, just proposing things that would actyally make more sense then more eyecandy.

And asking atention to science&industry interface? Trust me, anyone doing serious invention runs feels that pain... Hmm Maybe CCP could sen complimentary EvE logoed industry mouse to all inventors? Without us there would be no cheap T2 items, only the ones comeing from T2 BPO's... Twisted

We are Minmatar, Our ship are made of scraps, but look what our scraps can do...

manual patcher is allways open long after server reboot. you'll have to use the auto patcher to get it before DTR ends but it seems broken atm

Improved readability of the skill queue finishing time text in the Training Queue window. It will now read "Completes on YYYY.DD.MM at HH:MM

What type of date format is that? Why don't you stick to ISO if you have an international game? I really recommend you to check the different standards for calendar dates, for beginners this is sufficient:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calendar_date

Could you also make all saved chatlogs follow this same format. Currently they use internation standard YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS but for consistency (and since you dont like standards) please make that YYYYDDMM_HHMMSS or YYYYDDMM_HHSSMM if that makes more sense to you.

Thanks.

if we were to expand space, what about the new eden gate? couldn't we allow access to that area, might mean more ships in the future from our "ancestors"

Be consequent and drop the 'Mjolnir' etc. suffixes in favour of plain 'EM', 'Thermal'. No need to be obscure.

Great! And please look into POS arrays, which are anchored within force fields. I hate it when ships dance around. Doesn't add anything to the game besides annother annoyance.

Added API calls:
* /char/Locations.xml.aspx

Both calls require a comma separated list of ids.

Exzellent!

Did you fix the bug with non-ascii characters as described here? EVE API: broken umlauts and wrong/no decoding of wallet journal entries

Fixed information message for lack of powergrid when onlining structures at a starbase.

T2/faction/mining crystals now correctly display their damage-per-use chance.

In usuability engineering there is a saying: "Don't let me think." Stick to "don't let me use formulas" in EVE. Add another field "Probably good for x uses" and pre-calcuate that number. Instead of "damage probability - 0.01" it should additionally read "probably good for - 2500 more shots".

YYYY:DD:MM

What is it with you guys? Please stick to ISO-8601 as mentioned above. And use hyphens as delimiters. International standards exist for a cause. Your database most probably serves out DATETIME or TIMESTAMP fields in that format anyway.

Generally, I find most of what these people are saying as simple whining and complaining that the game isn't exaclty the way they want to play it. Although I do agree that POS permissions need to be fine tuned to allow all ranges of control. Everything else looks great to me! Keep up the good work! Next time schedule for a longer down time though, and surprise us by bringing the servers back up earlier! =P

Eve universe is beginning to feel a little cramped at times...

Yes you can go 5 jumps though null without anyone in sight, but normally its because those systems are "without use".
eg: true-sec is too high so you don't get good site spawns, or the moons are meh, or its to far from anywhere to make a jump bridge.

The "good areas" are busy as hell sometimes.

I always write dates in ISO format, because they sort properly with a normal string sort. Also, it makes sense for the most significant part of the date to come first, because that's the way we usually write down numbers, i.e. with the most significant part first.

So, "YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS" wins on all fronts IMVHO.
