Thought I would put this here and find out other people's thoughts.

Currently if you had an active account and for some reason or another have not been able to log on and change a skill or add one thats ran out you have to do a ticket and give rough dates of when this might of been, now for some people this might not be to bad but for someone thats been playing on and off since 2005 its just impossible to work out unless it was not that long ago.

Currently CCP have no way to go back over your entire eve history and check when you had an active account but were not training they can only do specific dates that you can remember.

Im sure it would be a nightmare to set up but im no pc wizz but i think it would be an amazing thing if they could do this as you could just ask them to check for you and i bet there are a lot of eve players that have not been able to log on from time to time and getting the lost SP would help a lot of people.

Thoughts?

As far as I know, if your account stops training while still subscribed because you didn't replenish the queue, those skillpoints are lost.

This is the first I've heard that CCP might even consider reimbursing points unless something they did caused the loss.

Be thankful we can now load 50 skills into the queue with to time restriction - it used to be 24 hours (and still is for Alphas).

Oh yeah I remember the old days of having to log in every 24hours, I also though there would be a flaw in the system anyway if ccp did this as you could pay for your account each month and just not log in then ask for the sp and do it all in one go rather than have to log in and make the effort.

Oh..you kids.

Many of us went years with no queue whatsoever. If you wanted to stay on top of things you set your alarm clock for when you needed to start a new skill.

Why should you get skill points ifs you can't find 2 minutes to log in once/month to update your queue?

You never lost SPs, you just didn't gain new ones.

Because back before unlimited skill que you had to log in every 24 hours and unfortunately some of us have family life to, if you have kids and are still able to set an alarm for middle of the night to change a skill fair play to you.

You know it's not the end of the world if you missed a few hours of skill training, yeah? This is just a game.

All this comes down to is "I want free skill points"
