It's a typo in the patch notes. The format is actually YYYY:MM:DD.

Renaming modules? Thats going to go the same way as the stupid new modules icons that were rolled back.

Oh and one more thing, just give yourselves enough time with a patch? Being strung along is the most infuriating thing for anyone "just another hour, oh actually just another two, oh no another three". People don't mind not being able to play for 6 hours or so every now and again, but they do mind being messed about by your "estimated uptimes".

They did buff null actually. :D

Also, shift + click to overheat wins everything. Even the internet. Even the worst parts of it. It is amazing. When I log on I am going to be shift+clicking to overheat and giggling for like half an hour. It's going to be so awesome.

Okay, i just installed EVE patch and got "Verification failure" error window.
Repair.exe located in my eve folder doesn't fix that problem. Good job, CCP.

Should i reload client and reconfigure every tweaked parameter in the game?

Dear CCP developers, you clearly have too much time and too little to do judgeing by this neocom improvment that was not even needed.

Next time your looking for something to use your payed development time may i propose little things like:


  • POS mechanics desperatly needeing upgrade
  • More upgrades to SOV systems Ihub
  • Science&industry interface needeing update as well, takes 10-11 click to launch invention jobs ( Remember how PI was at introduction? Click fest, so please fix science&industry as well please ).
  • Large fleet fights, did you ever figure out why it performed so well and then you broke it and exactly how you broke it? Now we have this bublegum fix called timedilution....
  • Corporate roles and access overhaul to allow finer access controlls...
  • How about allow pos structures to be build on pos assembly array? Little funny that we can assemble Titans (Large enough to cause tidal effects on planets oceans...) in pos but not large pos tower that only takes 8000 m3 of space once completed...
  • Generals science & industry rewamp? How about construction ship? Large as orca, slow as freighter and cant move when building, slow assembly lines as well..



And thats just few out of my head in coffe brake at work... Paying customer with 6 accounts... Should really master secrets of ISK and start play for free....

I dont agree with the rest of this post, but i too would like a new kind of space (just like when wh space was added).

Also he is right there, just be honest about how long it will take!

For all who think the patch is really good (I also find some good stuff in it), do you wanna bet how dear it will cost us? I will bet on 5 hours delay... and im very optimistic :)

it happends that patcher breakes sometimes. they'll fix it before server reboot normally

How is this the time for request? The time for complaining was long ago. I get it, you are bored and want to post. Or to poast. I can help you. Or maybe not, but I have a question. Why "...."? Does it help?

I suppose people like me need the little dots so that my brain can catch up to the words, or is it some form of elaborate S.O.S.

As far as features go I'm quite keen on being able to log in. Now. *gimlet eyes on CCP* I hope there is someone "shift-clicking" the update people over there in Ice-land/ london or wherever.

Why they rename all the modules i dont know Straight

(a) nerf fittings storage, forcing people to export their fittings to XML
(b) change module names so old fittings can't be imported from XML
(c) ???
(d) Profit!


If this turns out to be true, and screws over my EFT archive. I'll be very angry.

I have almost 1000 fits in that.


you can simply open your archive with notepad and change it yourself to make it compatible again.


Im sure someone will soon enough come up handy utility to do it automaticly.

notepad allready has such a tool. it's called "replace all"
