Tool tip for Blueprints

How about a handy little tool tip that pops up when you mouse over a blueprint giving the M.E., P.E. and number of runs?

I understand that programatically it may not be possible to do something like combine BPC or add sprites to show ME & PE on the BPC icon but the tool tip option may be a good way of introducing this often asked for improvment as this seems to work for other parts of the game.

Hopefully there is no 'look up' issue with this and it can be implement quite easily.

That would be a useful quality of life change for some, myself included; but tooltip proliferation is a serious QoL impairment. If CCP could position the damn things so they don't get in the way it would be a lot better or allow click-through so you don't need to get rid of the tooltip before selecting the object.

Clickable tooltips should be optional. My market ALTS don't have the skills to use most of the things they sell and maneuvering around tooltips asking if they want to add the necessary skill to their queue, even with the delay set to maximum, is a royal PITA!

How about a configurable (and closable) section of window, like the filter, that shows the information?
