I have my UI rescaled to 150% on my laptop which is the maximum amount allowed.

I don't seem to understand why eve is sooo incredibly small. Is this a standard issue with eve on a laptop?

Whats your screen size? I suggest using an external monitor. For EVE, anything below 22" is pain in the a**.
