Not sure if suggested.
Was just thinking about identifying pilots in game in regards to what country they are from.

While in the hope of Alliance/Corp logos eventually appearing on the side of ships, I was thinking in the same lines that we could have an option to have a flag on the side of the ship to represent what country we are from.

That aside that may be a bit lame, what about having the option to put a patch on the side of our avatars arm or a tattoo of some sort.

I was only thinking of it as being in AU TZ it would be good to see if you bump into someone from your TZ.

The ebst part about you linking this is the amount of politic BS it contain. It's literally a preview of what having flags on our ship would bring.

Flags are less of a design headache for CCP than modeling contemporary military apparel for each Terra nation. Neither really have a place in New Eden.

Considering the average age of the EVE player base, adding anything real world would have horrible side effects.

From a RP reason the WH to Earth collapsed many many years ago.

This has no place in eve. Not only have the nation's who flew these flags been long forgotten from a lore stand point this will bring little if anything positive from a game play standpoint

Forget about flags. RL stuff have no place in EVE.

+1 for another corp/ally logo mention. Would be nice to have it displayed on my ship.
