Please provide some basic guidelines for "ghost farming" avoidance.

I did not see where this was addressed before, so if it was, please forgive.

Please provide us some basic guidelines for what is considered an offense under this decision.
If a paid account lapses, but we are unable to clear out the training que before it does, is that an offense. Some military and professional players have unexpected trips and will occasionally have a lapse between subscriptions. Is there a certain number of days that are a benchmark? Is 7 days too long?

Not wanting to open a flame post, so I beg that discussions be limited to answering he question at hand.
