Legally blind player needs help with audio features.

Sorry if this isn't the right forum.

Sometime in the past 4-8 months, I remember finding this outstanding set of audio features where I could get super-fine-grained control over the volumes of specific events / actions in eve.

It was way beyond the 'Advanced Options' menu (which includes some general categories like Ship Effects and Atmosphere.)

In particular - what I found (and what I can't find, but would love to get back to) was a long list of volume controls that included things like (I'm paraphrasing) 'targeting', 'ship explosions', 'ship exits warp nearby', ship enters warp, wormhole-related, etc.
I can barely remember, but I swear the list was like 30+ items you could tweak.

Since I can't see well, I am stuck wondering if A) I just can't find it again, or B) The reason I can't find it is because it doesn't exist any more.

Any guidance?

Thanks for the article pointers - that totally answers my question.

What I really appreciate is that CCP took the time to list the mappings from old sound category into the new sound categories.

What CCP should have done is hire competent developers who could handle - shock and horror - making a toggle so disabled players weren't screwed over.

Alas, that is something CCP are incapable of doing.

Oh I really hope they fix this. Support for the disabled in games is a big deal to me and many other who have had family members who need assistance. I'll let Gommel Nox know about this thread and see if he can show it some publicity.
