Moon materials not appearing in silo, help?

Everything as far as I can tell is set up, both the silo and the harvesting array have the same material set, the array is a blue color and online the silo is red and online, but nothing is getting to the silo, it's within 2,500 km of the array..

Could it be that the silo is just a regular silo?

All I'm trying to get is silicates which shouldn't need a reaction silo, no?

have you created the links in tower's production managing window?

if not you need to drag icon of the item you are mining from the moon harvester (the output, so on the right side) to the chosen silo (to the input, so on the left side)

Beware of siphons.

But most likely it is a mistake in setup. Snap a picture and upload it to http://eve-files.com/ then post the link here. There is no way to diagnose the problem without seeing the tower's window.

Is the harvester array online?

-anchor pos
-fuel pos
-online pos
-set up force field
-anchor moon harvester
-anchor silo
-right click tower select manage - go to processes
-select material for harvester
-select same material for silo
-click right hand harvester icon - drag to left hand silo icon space
-double check link by hovering over harvester icon, silo icon should light up
-online harvester
-online silo
-double check connection again by hovering over harvester icon
-come back in 2-3 hour to make sure contents are in silo, if not repeat steps above
