Haven't stopped to think if this could lead to game-breaking exploits, but it would be a huge QoF change for players doing PI with several characters.

Make it idiot-proof and someone will make a better idiot.

Courier delivery contracts from POCOs to requested stations/citadels would be nice, however I have no idea whether the PI system can support something like that or access lists.

well maybe they could if we ever got to use Fortizars in place of POCO's, you know the market hub service as the original concept implied when Yterrbim was still around.
