Transporting illegal boosters through highsec?

I tried this with a small amount of illegal drugs in high sec once and got caught by customs on literally every gate and made to pay a fine!

is there any way to reduce my chances of getting caught or transporting them without getting caught?

i assume not, but thought it was worth an ask.

Thanks

They "fixed" the orca corp hanger about a year ago, unless they "broke" it again sometime since then.

As far as I know, there is not currently any way to reduce your chances of being scanned. Customs also can and will scan your ships when you jump into a system, and if you're in a slow ship with a slow align time, they can and will also warp scramble and 0wn you if you don't turn over your drugs. Customs also likes to instantly pop any jetcan with contraband in it.

IMHO Best way:

buy a carrier in low-sec, warp the stargate and jump them through high-sec in the carrier, just let me know when your ready to go so I can help scout you past the border patrol agents.

Honestly there isn't much you can do about the customs except frak da space-police and take your fines like a man. Plus there are a number of lowsec systems that are less than 5 jumps from Jita which allow for pretty easy smuggling.

What do you think is gonna happen when you try to sneak contraband behind the instant-kill all-knowing police?

Its been changed since the last time you checked.

They removed that because it didn't actually work.

When I started playing I was really interested in booster production, but in the end it turned out to be so convoluted its really not worth it unless you happen to be part of one of the alliances that has sov in the systems the appropriate ladar clouds spawn. Even then the effort -> reward seems massive.

That said, some people obviously make money from it.

What you do is get someone to tank the gate guns while someone else takes out the po-po presence...don't forget the billboards. They shoot, too. Then proceed to the next gate, repeat and rinse till you get to market. It's likely you'll have to do the same for your return trip. Don't laugh. It can be done.

Paradise is like where you are right now, only much, much better.

At the risk of invoking the rage of all the "trade secret" holders I'm going to say contract.

On that one you're wrong, unless they changed it since I've been testing this..

All you get is a message popping up that states this, but no action is taken.. you'll loose some isk and I think also some standing. Nothing else.
