Oh, I thought it was funny as hell, especially since I was just making a quick trip out of system completely empty. Was just *very* surprised at getting smartbombed in Jita.

Have you, or anybody else, ever heard of this actually happening. In my ten years, I've never seen a thread anywhere on it. And you know one would get posted if someone ever actually got banned for recycling alts.

As all of my characters are citizens of the highest moral fiber I will defer to your greater knowledge on this subject.
I only know that 'tis a 'very bad thing' that is highly naughty and that the Hammer of Ban is supposed to be employed if such a thing happens.

Yes, it's a thing currently. Happened to me too. One of the very rare occasions I went to Jita in just an empty shuttle and... BOOM! Lol.

Yeah, you're allowed to smartbomb in highsec. Its just not a very smart thing to do since it burns sec status crazy fast.

So then why are most regular gankers permanent -10. its almost like they don't actually care about their sec status because it doesn't negatively effect them in any meaningful way.
