Just as the title suggests.

A fantastic C2 with Black Hole speed bonuses, relatively empty (No owners were detected within 3 days of camping, no life signs and other shenanigans, only one noob-venture ninja yesterday (09.06.17)). Got 3 Control towers without any other POS or Citadel.

As stated, has 2 static wormholes, one being into High-Sec, the other into C1 W-Space.
