I have a battleship with a Micro Jump Drive on it. My next mission to do has ships with Warp Scrambler. Can a ship use a Micro Warp Drive if it is being Warp Scrambled?

Scrambled means different things for missions versus PVP Mission rats don't scramble in the traditional sense so you can use the micro Jump drive. In Pvp the mjd does not work when scrambled however.

Yeah mission rats only ever use +1 warp disruption. MJD is the perfect counter for them. MJD in missions is really useful for all sorts of things.

note that most of the burner npcs, aka anomic agent/team/base missions, use scramblers that will disable MWDs/MJDs, a few just use disruption very important to read the descriptions on those missions, and using a guide is also very helpful.

Very good distinction I forgot to consider in my response.
