Advanced Capital Components, What are they?

I know that Advanced Capital Components are used in the production of Jump Freighters.

I'm trying to figure out how they are classified. Are they T2 components or are they standard components.

Here is why I'm confused...
Yes they are used in the production of a T2 ship, they also require moon goo to make which would classify them as T2 components.

BUT...they do not require invention to get a BPC. You can buy a BPO for them and copy away. Which would make them T1.

Roll

Components don't really have a tech level, they're just a manufacturing material. This particular manufacturing material is used for T2 ships, but they don't have or need a tech level in and of themselves.

Subcap T2 components and T3 component blueprints aren't invented, either.

Jump freighters are T2 capital ships. The bill of material includes a T1 freighter, capital advanced components, morphite and construction blocks.

The capital advanced components are manufactured using the same material as regular advanced components in the same facility and require the same skills.

With the recent price spike in moon material, a JF costs about 3 billion more to build than to buy in highsec. With that spread, I doubt you can build one profitably with a Thukker array.

Thanks, makes sense now. Was trying to figure how I would rig an EC for production.
