Did you change Auras Voice ??
This new voice sounds like a chinese answering machine - nothing against chinese voices here but this voice now is terrible :((((

I agree.

However, if they no longer have access to the original voice actor, it would be difficult to add new voice clips to the game without it sounding disjointed.

Too illustrate what I mean, check out this video.

She has a slight Bronx accent and being from that region I kind of like it. You gotta problem widdat?

Well... For some reason i believe that it's not really impossible to find similar voice to what is in the game already.
Now it looks like the real reason here is "new style".

Some of evidences:
- various gongs they are constantly trying to add
- unnecessary and totally out-of-style sounds for clicks, effects and stuff

The new voice drives me nuts too. I just came back from a break and it was like a slap in the face. Its just so damned chirpy.
