Look into their behaviors yourself before you assume it's a bot. I just don't deal with JIta so I myself don't really know.

Depends on how thick the market is. If there are 2 other guys (i.e. a think market), maybe. If there are 100 guys, then it is quite likely that one or more of them is checking in and adjusting prices more quickly.

they used to be
ccp closed them down but i wouldnt be surprised if people have figured out less detectable ways around it
such as waiting 10 minutes before changing an order
