Give it PDS to fix the current problem first.

But after that why not have a ccp guy man it?

Extend the timer to 48 hours and have someone man the defences

There are no vulnerability timers for the BR Sotiyo, it can be attacked and reinforced at any time. Are you saying CCP should pay people to be on 24/7 standby, ready to man the guns whenever it is attacked?

If ccp do things like this, and public fleets as another person once suggested, it's unlikely that they are going to be paid for it. It's probably going to be on their own time like the alliance tournament or the irregular dev fleets.
