This is the real deal. The other guy who is selling is a fake/troll.

The BPC is located in low-sec NPC station. In cyno range of high-sec gate for a JF/Blops transport.

If there are well known 3rd parties available that want to verify that I do indeed own those BPC's feel free to contact me. I will contract you the BPC for 10T isk (then cancel the contract) to prove that I'm the owner of it.
