When there's plenty enough capital ships floating around in the hangar of a single alliance, the capital ship becomes the ship of the line.

Technology and economy of scale marches on.

A Minmatar warship is like a rusting Beetle with 500 horsepower Cardillac engines in the rear, armour plating bolted to chassis and a M2 Browning stuck on top.
