My alt tried to use plex to open an additional training Q. Instead I pushed the "activate Omega Clone" button. I have a paid account so all 3 of my characters are already omegas. How do I get the 500 plex refunded from CCP, or transferred to an additional training Q?

File a support ticket explaining the situation.

But do it soon. If you let too much time pass, they'll just tell you that you are **** out of luck.
