Stacking penalty between Inertial Stabilizer & Nanofiber Structure

o7 to all,
I have an interesting question:
If is fitted more than 1 x Inertial Stabilizer or more than 1 x Nanofiber Internal Structure, the "Inertia modifier" bonus will be stacking penalized. But if those two modules are put together (a Inertial Stabilizer + a Nanofiber Internal Structure in the same fitt), the bonus would be stacking penalized anymore in this circumstance?

Anything that affects the same stat will be stacking penalized. So by fitting both an inertial stab and nanofiber will make the agility bonus of the nanofiber be stacking penalized (The inertial stab gives the biggest bonus so it will come first in the priority). However the top speed bonus of the nanofiber will not be stacking penalized unless you add mods that affects the top speed.

I typically go all istabs when going for agility (mostly travel fits), or all nanos when looking for a mix of speed/agility (most combat setups)
