Citadel destruction, active blueprint research and asset safety

Hello

If a citadel with a blueprint ME/TE research job in it is destroyed, will the blueprints will revert back to its original form when retrieved via the asset safety mechanisms?

This is my guess at how it works (please correct me if I am wrong):

If a blueprint is researched one Job Run at a time, it will retain its highest finished run, but if it is for example a single 10 run ME job it will return to 0% if the citadel is destroyed before all 10 job runs are completed, like it would if it was stopped manually.

For example:

Two blueprints in the same Astrahus that is about to be destroyed

  1. Active Dominix Blueprint 10 run ME 99% done
  2. Finished Research job Dominix Blueprint 9 run

Then I would be able to retrieve the completed 9 run blueprint, but the blueprint that did not complete all 10 runs will revert back to how it was before the research was started?

Have I understood it correct?

Fly safe.

Yes. You've got it exactly right.

Correct. all in-progress jobs (I BELIEVE this also includes all ready-to-deliver jobs too) will act as if you personally cancelled them when the structure is destroyed and asset safety is activated.

A job isn't complete until it is delivered.
