Launcher white screen, help article doesnt help

Since this morning, launcher shows white screen only. Eve worked fine last night, nothing installed/updated from my side. Tried the advice from the help article regarding environment variables (QT_OPENGL) but to no avail.

Considering that article shows 12 out of 142 found this helpful

there must be others with the same problem.

Any advice?

It is likely that the launcher cache files have become corrupt. I recommend you delete the launcher cache and see if that resolves the issue. To delete the launcher cache please follow the instructions below.

Please press the windows key + R to open a run window.
Copy and paste the following into the run window and press enter.
%LOCALAPPDATA%\CCP\EVE\cache\QtWebEngine

Right click on the folder named 'default' and delete it.
Start the launcher and see if the issue persists.
Please let me know if the above solution proves unsuccessful. Thanks.

It worked for me.

I renamed Default tab to Old_Default instead of deleting it. Just an old habit.
