so i tried to log into the server and im getting this here http://prntscr.com/fd01j5

so ive cleared my cache that hasnt worked and i done this right here https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/210035165-Launcher-window-white-black-or-transparent- it hasnt helped iether

guys have any suggestions how to fix this?
