Some questions...
1. If a person uses plex to sculpt their character again,..can they also change their Faction?

2. Can they also change their Gender?

3. How about ethnic background(All faction have 3 different ones you can choose)?

It's a resculpts. You just get to change things like mass, complexion, and scupt again.
It should honestly be free for everyone in the docks with the rest of the customization.

But the real question is it one time only, if you don't save your changes or freeze up or lag out. Does it consume the resculpts and when you log back in nothing has changed but you lost the resculpt item.
That would suck.

I know that if you abandon changes then you can resculpt again next time you enter character editor.

What is strange, CCP showed years ago a prototype, working one, that allowed for mixing races. Cant comprehend why they abandoned it like everything related to expansion of WIS. It was working!

All the cool stuff they showed over the years never happened. Initially it was meant to be a cool addition to the game so they made funky stuff but then they kinda decided to leave EVE to rot and focus on WoD. From then on EVE was simply used as an alpha testing tool, so we have WiS without any real features.

Because that wasn't one of their finer moments, and they'd likely will continue to avoid anything WiS due to it's bad history...old emotions and such. It's a shame, but I can't say I blame them really considering the ****-storm that got kicked up at that time.

The **** storm wasn't over WiS as such.

It was over the years of neglect, their refocus of DEV time and resources on WoD and the "lol fck you" attitude they had. On top of the obviously terrible implementation of WiS.

These days EVE is doing better (although there's signs that CCP is, more and more, back to their old bag of tricks) and I'm sure a vast majority of us would welcome a proper WiS implementation, on top of everything else.
