They are too specialized to be in high demand. But that doesn't mean they aren't useful. And what's to say I don't know who you are? You're a first gen capsuleer with ties to the Royal Amarr. You are a slave in a managerial position who is slightly mistreated even though you are further up in the hierarchy. You were surprised early on in life to learn that even the Amarr royals are slaves if they aren't "pure" enough. And you realized who *I* was due to your understanding of royal languages and that messages that are properly encrypted get to their intended recipient when necessary.

Original poster needs to look up "blackmail" and "protection money". That's a nasty thing PL did there but it hardly makes them owners of the system.

Also SoE are totally pacifist. True story.

For the record one of my toughest battles ever was against an SOE member. Didn't really come close to dying, but it was agonizing.

Furthermore, in line with the current conversation, you don't have to be *in* SOE to be SOE. You can be Goon, PL, whatever. Just like you can *own* an InterBus system even if you aren't InterBus.
