srry im new to this this is gonna take 10 mins at most

it keeps saying that im loged in as myself and so thats why i cant initiate the transfer yet.

make sure your eve client is closed relating to that character.

Ok so it will have told you this.

Your character will stay on the account but be unplayable while the transfer happens
transfer takes 10 hours.
gives time for tickets for support to be submitted if a problem happened
