The 1b fee is useless, especially since isk is irrelevant.

And why only T1/T2?
I don't need bling to win fights.
I can afford plenty of bling, and believe me.. you're going to have an easier time killing me (lol) if I fit t2 over faction/deadspace XD

There are no principles involved in this. You either admit that you bailed on me last time and sit down to iron out the terms for the fight (thunderdome is not even an option) or you pussy out again. I can't make anybody do anything. If you both want a fun bout (or 3) to prove the better pilot I could give you some rulesets but it seems to me neither party is willing to back down to get it started. If it were me trying to get this fight I would probably propose a wager involving a bio line change for a period of 3 months going off how long this chest beating has been going on for. Probably somethig along the lines of 'I chickened out against Yaosus' vs 'I'm afraid of Dom or vice versa or whatever really. I find such wagers usually get the terms ironed out quicker because lets face it who doesn't wanna rub some salt in when they win ;)

I think the rules should be made by the neither of you. One of you is saying one thing and the other wants the other thing.

I suggest another member who doesn't have any affliction to either of you.

Ask ISD or Falcon and they may just quickly post rules in here and you adhere to them.

He hasn't agreed to any terms, he backed out of last fridays duel, and tomorrow's.
And we'll to top it off, he now comes out with his own ruleset when he was the one that got challenged.

My terms were beyond fair (I could have asked for more expensive stuff, but being benevolent for your kb I didn't want to put that big of a red spot on it kek) Edit: I remember letting you take a t3c against my t1 bc, and you still refused then Roll
