Access Lists for Fleet Set up's

I would like to see within game a way to use access lists to determine rights to join a fleet in the find a fleet advert. As i run fleets all the time with not only my corp an alliance but NPC corped and various other corps but the Characters are always the same people. These fleets are generally ongoing mining fleets etc which i would like to have an open invitation to regular members via access lists so when the fleet is running they can log on an freely join without asking for invite. I know you can set public fleet with boss approval but this can get annoying because public fleets get alot of requests to join depending on where you are.

Maintenance of an ACL would be just as onerous as maintaining standings.

You could approximate it by requiring standings above a certain degree, and then giving appropriate standings to the people you want in your fleet.
