The sell includes all the POCOs and an armed Astrahus. Best of all there is a crazy Russian in the system that will pay you for doing PI if you keep the tax low. And if that is not enough an indy corp just moved in so there is content, small tower with 8 small lasers and no jams/scrams on their tower.

All the EVE fun you can handle for a low low price of 3 billion
