I have been playing eve on an off since 2010 - I've tried running level 4's but the crap got boring. I have FC experience and I am 98% pvp skills. Can fly most if not all current meta doctrines. NO NULLSEC. I prefer drunken low sec derps xD - Not into ship spinning, I am always down for pew!

Have you considered Faction Warfare? It's low sec small gangs and a lot of fun. A lot of us have low sec status so technically pirates if that helps. Many of us will shoot anything, others are a little more careful with their sec status; it's up to you.
