Day 2.3 of war of purification against Church of the Crimson Saviour

As expected, primary target remains in station with all communication disabled. An away team was able to locate her quarters, but the external door was utterly immovable as is standard with capsuleer quarters.

Perhaps she expended all of her energy furiously typing on the IGS.

Pity.

THIS JUST IN: SELF-PROCLAIMED 'HUNTER' STUNNED AS PREY GOES TO GROUND!!

IGS, GALNET: In a development that surprised absolutely no-one, the cluster's least-celebrated hunter sat outside a rabbit hole for several hours today. When asked for comment Our Heroine remarked, "I don't get it. I told the rabbit I was huntin' her. She even ran around yesterday laughin' about how I hadn't caught her. Maybe the she got tired hiding, and isn't coming out to kick my butt."

Several local wildlife experts have expressed dismay at the apparent lack of understanding of just how a hunter-hunted relationship works. One went so far as to say "Seriously, does she not get that the prey is under no obligation to let her kill it? It's like she thinks going out and sitting on a hole for six hours is a successful hunt, or something. If you don't come home with meat, you failed, hoss."

There's one eventual outcome of this. Absolutely 0 persons change their opinions or long-term activities due to the intervention of Syenna and her fan club. Syenna gets bored, likely within a month or two, moves on to other things. Syenna looks silly for having been so melodramatic about being a glorified highsec wardeccer killing rookie ships for a few weeks. People forget the whole affair, including Syenna looking silly, a few days after it's over. Unless some argument ensues between two egotistical capsuleers in the comments section of the thread, long after the fact, over something completely unrelated to the original thread, and we are thus reminded of this for reasons unknown for at least an additional week, when the headline continually gets bumped to the top of the IGS by the argument about random personal things.

Wars are temporary and somewhat ephemeral, sure, and IGS posting even more so -- but I think I, at least, will remember who roamed around spitting blood and fire, and who sat and ate cheese sandwiches.

This is what passes for the daughters of Revan and Silas these days, huh.

(If I'm feeling this all out right, sure, there's some banter about eradicating going on, but you're not being hunted -- you're being challenged.)
