Citadel unanchoring question

Hey there,

I have a question regarding unanchoring a citadel during a highsec war. What exactly will cancel the unanchoring process? Shooting at it, or successfully taking down shields or armor?

Let's say a citadel is currently without shields. Will shooting at it during the armor vulnerability phase cancel an unanchoring process, or do the attackers need to successfully take down the armor in order to stop it?

Once you have been wardecced you cannot take it down, you cannot transfer ownership.

If it dies you have your assets moved to asset safety, the exception is for things you're manufacturing all the materials are destroyed except BPOs from my understanding they are moved to safety as well.
