Can an Azbel fit a market module?

From what I've seen after looking through here, the answer is yes? But people are telling me in chat that they can't. Just trying to figure things out.

I believe in the market module information screen it gives a list of complexes it can fit upon, i do believe the Azbel and Fortizar being the same sized complex just different aspects of game play can indeed fit a market mod. Just check under the items info screens to be sure.

Azbel can fit a market module, but because there is no fuel reduction bonus like a citadel has, the market service uses as much fuel as a large control tower.
