The seller say he dont know is need pay with CC for transfer ( no more plex), i wait until tomorrow the character in the account indicated or the isk to the character who send the money.

I receive a mail of the seller :


t will take 1-2 weeks (5-10 working days) for the bank to issue a new card that can do online transactions.

ISK has been returned to ... and I will re-post my sale at a later date. Sorry for the time you wasted,
