Current Status:

Last year, we were active participants in the war against the Goons and settled into their former stronghold. Our alliance occupies a truly choice pocket in Branch, with a Keepstar that serves as military hub for the region. We have an excellent industrial backbone and perhaps one of the best markets in all of null-sec. We recently repelled Triumvirate are currently between wars.

We maintain a weekly rhythm of corp-led fleets, in order to develop our skills and tighten our social bonds. This includes two scheduled roams each week, as well as social mixers involving some combination of PvE and booze. In addition to SOHCO-generated content, the alliance and coalition provide fleets of every size, in every timezone, every day.

Our corp takes pride in a reputation for hitting above our weight class - we maintain a lean roster of active pilots. One of our main goals is to continue building SOHCO's capital fleet. If you are a dread, faux or carrier pilot, or aspire to be one, please check us out! We will make capital ships available to you, or assist you in acquiring your own.

Applicant Requirements & Next Steps:

We prefer applicants who are USTZ, PvP-oriented and have some previous exposure to life outside of hi-sec. SOHCO hopes to see you in at least one fleet per week. We also expect active communication on our message board.

That said, we do not see ourselves as "elite" - we are still learning (and making mistakes) every day! If you are a newer player with strong initiative, we will absolutely consider you.

We would also love to have some miners join us, provided that you maintain a PvP presence too. We offer generous buybacks for ore and ice.
