For whatever reason the launcher won't work for me anymore, whatever update you guys put on my computer royally messed it up for me. I played a for a month and now I can't play anymore because the launcher won't load the game for me. I tried reinstalling the game, I tried opening a support ticket and get some help and it looked like there were some corrupt files which I have no clue how to fix. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game to no avail. There's 20000+ people online right now and the game won't even load. The game was super fun and now I'm very disappointed this happened.

man i'm in the same condition.

Just subbed again after more than 2 year of break, played for some days with no problem and then suddenly it didn't open the launcher at all. Tried everything, and i'm still waiting for the ticket.

sad to say that i will not renew the subscription if i can't solve this problem.
