Not really. It just gives the Caldari a chance to blow up his stuff....

He brought you enlightenment, the chance to redeem your sins and join the faithful. Some of you rejected his gifts but in time you'll realize your mistake.

Maybe if he brought you enligthenment you would have seen the horrors that have been inflicted upon us. We do not want your 'gift'.

A God that needs his will to be forced upon people is no true God.

Spoken like a true servant of the Red God.

Perhaps there is some hope for redemption yet.

One pilot's words in a bar does not a trend for all the Faithful make. I'm amazed I have to point this out.

On topic, I don't know about Shamans and Witches, but I do know of an old and ancient Civire practice of rubbing crystals of cinnabar together in your hands for healing. A shame the stuff is red, a bit too much of Nauplius' tastes for me.

My Clan's shaman does not tell the spirits to do anything. Like, nope. Never. The shaman's more like a bridge between us and the spirits. He listens to the spirits and communicates the message to the relevant people who will be most affected so that they will know how to circumvent incoming issues, fix the problem or keep their head down while dust-storms or hails or collapsing superstructure were to rumble towards their general direction.

A Minmatar warship is like a rusting Beetle with 500 horsepower Cardillac engines in the rear, armour plating bolted to chassis and a M2 Browning stuck on top.

Oh, so this is the context for the other thread?

I've seen many silly solutions proposed for the slaver problem, but I have to say "let's all put a curse on them" ranks pretty high on that list.

Makes me feel better about fighting the toy war. I could be even less effective.

Also, sorry, we don't do hexes or witches where I come from, and priests (you'd say shamans but we don't use that word) don't order spirits around either. A death curse is a thing but since you'd have to die (for real, I think) for that, I'll pass, and all our vengeful ghosts are busy haunting locals.

Actually there are interesting points. I am certain to the Krusual take on spiritual matter when I eventually marry in my husband-to-be's clan.

No doubt a good many tribes have varying flavors of religions and spiritual paths. It will be interesting to see if any will appeal to me personally.

Spirits below, at least I had the excuse of not knowing the spouse to be was one of the vermin of New Eden, and my clan had the decency to mark me for the failure when it was discovered.

When are you going to realize Nauplius is a threat to all of us.

As a Puritan you are supposed to stop rabid droolers like this one from getting out.

Your failure has now begin the unthinkable. Amarr and Matari working together against a common threat.

It's not as unthinkable as you think. The Alliance of Empires had all CONCORD signatories in it as a temporary military alliance to invade and destroy Sansha's Nation. The Matari and Amarr seem to have no problem putting down dogs together, and filth like Nauplius is at least as morally reprehensible as Sansha Kuvakei (though by no means anywhere near as dangerous). I wouldn't necessarily be surprised.

Only the liberty of the individual assures the prosperity of the whole. And this foundation must be defended.

At any cost
