Ошибка запрса CREST

Здравствуйте! Подскажите пожалуйста, в чем может быть проблема.При попытки получить цены из маркета, по инструкции из
http://eveonline-third-party-documentation.readthedocs.io/en/latest/crest/eve/eve_market.html

запросом типа
https://crest-tq.eveonline.com//market/10000002/history/?type=https://crest-tq.eveonline.com/inventory/types/34
получаю ошибку :
{"message": "type query parameter was not of right Uri type", "isLocalized": true, "key": "typeNotRight", "exceptionType": "ForbiddenError"}

На англоязычных форумах читал что для доступа требуеться авторизация, но конкретной информации об этом не нашел(может ошибаюсь)
